Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
1. Agreement and Legal Operator
These Terms apply to the use of thelegionagency.com and LEGION's related inquiry and demonstration services. LEGION (also known as The Legion Agency) is operated by INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR MIKHAIL NIKOLAEV, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (Identification Number 304705004). Registered legal address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Krtsanisi District, Nino and Ilia Nakashidze Street, No. 1 (Former Avlev St.), Apartment No. 3, Building No. 3. Email: info@thelegionagency.com.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
LEGION develops and supports lead response, CRM integration, lead nurturing, after-hours handling, AI voice assistant demonstrations and related automation systems for real estate brokerages, teams and other businesses. Website descriptions are informational and do not establish a commitment to deploy every feature immediately.
Specific deliverables, prices, schedules, support and responsibilities for a paid project must be recorded in a separate signed agreement, proposal or statement of work. An expressly signed client agreement controls the corresponding paid engagement if it conflicts with these website Terms.
3. Requests and Demonstrations
You may submit a business inquiry, request a strategy call or request an AI voice demonstration. A request does not guarantee an immediate telephone call, a particular technology or acceptance of a paid project.
LEGION currently handles inbound inquiries and requested demonstrations; unsolicited outbound AI-calling campaigns have not been launched through this website. Any requested AI-voice demonstration requires the authorization and legal controls applicable to that call.
4. Calling and Recording Permissions
We distinguish specific permission for an AI demonstration, optional AI follow-up calls, separate optional future promotional calls, and separate optional call recording. A permission for one purpose does not authorize another. Recording is also subject to any required permission of other call participants. Optional promotional and recording permissions are not conditions of purchasing services.
You may withdraw calling or recording permission by contacting info@thelegionagency.com or telling us during a call. Withdrawal will apply to future processing based on that permission. For further information, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Accuracy and Acceptable Use
When providing contact information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the telephone number, or otherwise have authority to request contact to it. Do not submit another person's number without authorization, misuse forms, interfere with site operations, or submit unlawfully obtained information.
6. Client Responsibilities
Businesses implementing LEGION solutions must provide accurate business and workflow information, the necessary system access and appropriate instructions. Clients remain responsible for the lawful collection and use of their lead lists, contact permissions, applicable do-not-call restrictions, calling-hour limitations and message content, subject to responsibilities expressly accepted by LEGION in the relevant agreement.
Possessing a CRM contact does not itself establish permission for AI-generated marketing calls. Both parties must fulfill applicable obligations, including mandatory US federal or state communications rules when they apply.
7. Privacy and Client Data Processing
We handle website personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. For contracted business services involving client customer data, a separate data processing agreement may be necessary to define the parties' roles, security, subprocessors, retention and deletion. A visitor's authorization to contact LEGION is not permission to receive marketing from any client brokerage.
8. Payment and Scope
Website inquiries and strategy-call requests do not create a payment obligation. Fees, due dates, recurring charges, cancellation and refund rules for paid work are specified in the applicable written agreement or invoice. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Outcomes and AI Limitations
LEGION does not guarantee a particular number of recovered leads, appointments, sales or revenue. Outcomes depend on client operations, market conditions and factors outside our control. AI-generated responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before important business decisions. Case studies and calculator estimates are illustrative unless identified as verifiable client results with disclosed assumptions.
10. Intellectual Property
LEGION or its licensors retain rights to original website materials, templates, workflows, software and proprietary methods unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain rights to information and materials they lawfully provide. Ownership of custom deliverables is determined by the applicable service agreement.
11. Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations in paid engagements, including duration, permitted disclosures and exceptions, should be established in the relevant service or nondisclosure agreement. Please do not send passwords, confidential customer lists or sensitive personal information through public request forms.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and contracted systems may use third-party hosting, CRM, chat, telephony or integration providers. Their availability may affect service delivery. Specific service commitments and responsibilities are set out in the applicable written client agreement; mandatory legal duties cannot be excluded.
13. Disclaimer and Liability
The website and free demonstrations are provided for evaluation and informational purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEGION disclaims implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation or accuracy of illustrative outcomes. Any limitation of liability for paid services is governed by the applicable written agreement and mandatory law. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Termination
A paid engagement may be terminated as specified in its applicable service agreement. Accrued fees and any confidentiality, data protection or statutory obligations that lawfully survive termination continue to apply. We may restrict misuse of the website where reasonably necessary for security or legal compliance.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these website Terms and post a new effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. These website changes do not automatically amend separately signed contracts.
16. Governing Law
These website Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory provisions of other applicable laws require a different result. Nothing here overrides applicable mandatory United States federal or state requirements on privacy, electronic communications, telecommunications or consumer protection.
Subject to mandatory law and any valid separate written agreement, disputes relating to these website Terms are subject to the competent courts of Georgia.
